Bret Arrington: Hey, this is Bret Arrington, AIP House Buyers. Looking at a house here, we purchased in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We’ll take you for a little tour of it. Nice house, four bedrooms, three baths. We actually purchased it from a family who inherited the house. They reached out to us on our website, it’s www.webuygreensboroareahouses.com, and it was three siblings, all lived in different states, and had inherited it when the parents died.
Take you through here. We’ve already started some work on it. We removed all the carpet, gutted the kitchen. Here’s the dining room. If you like wallpaper, there’s a lot of it. But we’re going to go through and rehab the whole house. It was built in 1962, I believe, and one family owned the house. They had it built, lived in it the entire time.
Floor was all hand done, pegged, which is kind of cool. Ugly, but cool. So we’re going to go through and rehab this whole house. Bathrooms, everything needed to be updated. We’ve actually started demo and all that. Got some hardwood in the bedrooms. We’ll make the master bath there. It’s two stories with a basement. Basement is partially finished, about 3,000 square feet.
So I just wanted to give you a quick look at it and just let you know that we buy houses in any condition, and we buy them in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Burlington, and Mebane, North Carolina, all around the Triad area. Take a look what we got to do here. All this is going to get refinished, but it’ll be a great area, a lot of space. We’ve already stripped this down, it had paneling on it. So it’s going to look a lot different in a month or so. Big area here, the guy had his workshop. So a lot of space for somebody who wants to have their own little work space.
